Individual and group training classes can be scheduled for you and your staff, at your convenience. Modern technology and software allow us to train and help our customers wherever they are throughout the United States. All of our core services are offered remotely. We want to help everyone and technology allows us to do that.

Offering remote services for our customers allows us to help, especially when leaving their residence or office is difficult. We have helped veterans and seniors who have mobility issues so our remote services are perfect for them. We are here for our customers and if that means doing everything over the internet and phone, then that is what we will do. We do offer computer training for veterans thru one of our sister websites.

We are familiar with a lot of screen sharing programs so there is going to be one that is easy to use and right for you. We walk you thru the setup and installation to make sure that you can start using it right away. If we need to have a video chat or conference, we can make recommendations for you there as well. We want to make your remote sessions as easy as possible so that we are spending our time learning, not setting up software.
